Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Who we are

Keyed is an independent tool, operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("Keyed", "we", "us"), that connects game developers distributing review keys with content creators. By creating an account or using Keyed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

2. The service

Keyed lets developers upload game keys and publish request pages, and lets creators verify a channel, request keys, and receive approved keys by email. We provide the platform only. We are not a party to any arrangement between a developer and a creator, and we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of any key.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Keyed. In particular, do not: use it for anything unlawful or deceptive; submit false channel or audience information; upload keys you do not have the right to distribute; scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or bot protection; or infringe the rights of others, including trademarks.

5. Creator channels and verification

To request keys, a creator verifies ownership of a YouTube or Twitch channel through that provider's consent screen. We read only the channel's public identity and audience size at verification time, and we do not retain provider access tokens. You must have the right to act for any channel you verify.

6. Keys, requests and delivery

Developers are responsible for the keys they upload and for ensuring they may be distributed; by uploading keys, you grant us permission to store them and to deliver them to the creators you approve. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their requests and for complying with any developer or platform terms. We attempt delivery by email; once a key email has been sent, it is outside our control.

7. Credits, payments and refunds

Developers may buy prepaid credits through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, tax and receipts. Every developer gets a monthly allowance of free key deliveries; beyond that, each delivered key costs one credit. A request is only charged when the key is successfully delivered, and it is charged once. Unused credits are forfeited if you delete your account. Refunds are handled by our payment provider: if an order is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance, and repeated refunds or chargebacks may result in your account being blocked.

8. Availability, changes and disclaimers

We provide Keyed "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination and governing law

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or others. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, give notice. Continuing to use Keyed after a change means you accept the updated terms.
